What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
300 pieces per style for most categories. For private-label development with custom trims and packaging, MOQ may vary slightly — your merchandiser will confirm the exact figure in the quote. We do not accept orders below MOQ as it directly affects per-unit quality inspection.
Can I inspect a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Always — without exception. We produce a physical sample within 7–10 days so you can verify fabric weight, stitching quality, and finishing in your hands. Bulk production begins only after your written sample approval.
How do I verify the factory is real and certified?+
We share our BSCI, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, and Sedex SMETA certificates before any commercial discussion begins. We also offer scheduled live video walkthroughs of the actual production floor — cutting, sewing, and QC — so you can see the facility before committing to any order.
What are your standard payment terms?+
30% deposit with the purchase order and 70% before shipment via T/T bank transfer. For established repeat buyers or high-volume orders, alternative terms can be discussed directly with your merchandiser.
Do you manage international shipping and export documentation?+
Yes. We have shipped to over 40 countries and manage complete export documentation under FOB or CIF terms — including packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and all documents required for customs clearance in the USA, UK, Canada, EU, and Australia.
How is quality control handled?+
Our in-house QC team runs inline checks throughout production and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before any carton is sealed. QC reports with photographic evidence are shared with you before shipment. We do not outsource quality inspection to third parties — it is done by our own team on the production floor.
